Ingredients

    Beef
    Onion
    Tomato
    Garlic
    Cauliflower
    Salt & Pepper
    Olive oil

Directions

1.Cut beef into bite-size pieces, and cover with water and salt , crushed garlic and black pepper to taste.
2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30minutes till tender.
3. Blend pepper tomatoe and onions to form a smooth mixture.
4.Add oil to pot Gently fry prepared beef and then add tomatoe, pepper and onion mixture.
5. Bring to boil , and simmer for 30 minutes and cauliflwer and cook for a few 20 minutes.
