Hibiscus tea can lower blood pressure and reduce fever.

Ingredients

    8 t Loose Dried Hibiscus Flowers
    2-3 t Dried Rosehips
    1 gal Pure Spring Water
    2/3 c Honey or Stevia to taste


Directions

Bring water to a boil.
Place hibiscus and rosehips in a large gallon container.
Pour boiled water over the dried hibiscus flowers.
Cover and steep for 8-10 minutes.
Strain. Add honey or sweeteners. Stir until dissolved.
Chill thoroughly and serve over ice.
