Ingredients

9-10 Med-Large White Mushrooms caps with their stems
1 Med onion raw peeled and Sliced
3 Cups Baby Spinach Raw
2 Tbsp Real Sweet Cream Unsalted Butter
Directions
In a pan on medium heat melt butter, add in onions and cook for about 2 minutes then add in mushrooms, cook for remaining 8 minutes then remove contents into a bowl and add in spinach into the same pan without adding any additional butter, sprinkle with seasoning and saute. Can serve spinach separately from mushrooms and onions which are great over top of steak or add everything back together for one last few tosses and serve in 3 even portions over top of 4-5oz of Steak for a delicious accompaniment.
