Ingredients

    5 1/2 cups flour
    1 TBSP splenda
    1 TBSP margarine
    2 TSP salt
    1/4 ounce quick rise yeast
    2 1/4 cups nonfat milk

Directions

Mix the milk,splenda,margarine, and salt in a microwave safe bowl. microwave until the margarine melts. In a separate bowl add 3 cups of flour and yeast. Mix all ingredients together and use the remaining amount of flour for kneading the bread. Knead bread for approx. 10 min. then place into a buttered bowl for a little over an hour. Roll dough into a rectangle. Roll the rectangle up and cut into two loaves tuck the ends under and place into the greased breadpan. For a golden brown top spray some (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray) on top prior to baking in a 375 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes. Cut into 1 inch slices.
