Ingredients

    2 cups steamed Brown Basmati Rice
    Chopped carrots
    chopped Green top Onions
    Chopped Fresh Cilantro

    Options
    Toast Walnuts and add to dish for a really great tasting vegan entree!

Tips

Add some toasted walnuts eat 1 cup serving size and this is a great vegan entree.


Directions

put 2 and 1/4 cup water in heavy pot (I use my Lodge Ware Pot)
add 1 1/2 cup brown rice.
bring to a boil boil for 10 minutes with lid on
turn heat off add chopped carrot.
Replace lid let stand for another 15-20 minutes (until rice is at YOUR desired tenderness
Toss in green onion and cilantro
Enjoy
