Tofu, firm, 1 block
Olive Oil, 1 T
Salt
Pepper

These pieces can be cooled, and tossed with whatever flavor/sauce you desire for a variety of flavors, and served in salads, sandwiches, tossed in with stirfries, etc.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450.
Slice the tofu block through the middle, so there are two skinnier halves. Then slice those into about 12 equally-sized pieces?
Toss the tofu with the Olive Oil in a bowl (use your hands to avoid breaking the tofu).
Arrange on a cookie sheet so that the pieces are not touching one another.
Roast for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through, or until the pieces are well-browned and edges are crisping.
Serving Size: Makes 4 3-piece servings
