Ingredients

    16 ounces of fat free sour cream
    8 ounces of light mayonnaise
    12 ounces of frozen spinach chopped
    1 Pack of Knorr Vegetable recipe mix seasoning packet or seasoning of your choice

Tips

You can also mix in water chestnuts, green chilies, or green onions but I didn't have any.


Directions

Buy a seasoning packet like Knorr vegetable recipe mix, ranch, onion soup, or vegetable soup. Mix ingredients together with mayonnaise, sour cream, and frozen spinach. However, instead of using regular sour cream use fat free. Then instead of regular mayo use light or fat free. I could only find light so I used that. then I used a 12oz pack of spinach instead of 10.

Serving Size: makes about 8 3oz servings
