Ingredients

    Rotini noodles (1/2 box)
    Canned salmon (1 can)
    Fiesta Blend frozen vegetables (1/3 bag)
    Mayonnaise (2 TBL)
    Roasted Sweet Pepper & Garlic Vinaigrette (4 TBL)

Tips

This makes a fairly dry pasta salad. Can add a little of the water from the cooked pasta if you want it a little moister.


Directions

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and Cool
Warm frozen vegetables
Add salmon and vegetables to pasta
Mix in mayonnaise and salad dressing
Toss well and refrigerate
