Ingredients

    Potatoes
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
    Salt & Pepper(dash each)
    Oil

Tips

I also like to add some majoram or a dash of basil for extra taste.


Directions

Heat oven to 425 Degrees. Divide and spread canola oil between two flat cooking trays. Cut all potatoes into small wedges and line trays in a flay layer. Sprinkle with Garlic & Onion Powder, then Salt & Pepper. Bake for 25minutes or until done to desired chrispiness.
