Introduction

Wine lover's soul food ,so good. Wine lover's soul food ,so good.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2 lb. Ground Breast of Turkey
    1 Can Pillsbury Grande Buisquet
    1 Glass good red wine that you will drink
    Rosemarry ,chopped
    Garlic ,Finely chopped
    Onion,finely chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Preheat oven to 375F
Without any oil,in the nonstick frying pan ,cook turkey.Break the meat just small enough as you cook .

In the mean time ,dice onions,mince garlic and chop rosemary ,set aside.

When turkey is cooked through .Put aside .
Add 2 tspn. of canola oil in the same pan you cooked the meat in(should no be oily at all ).
Put onions and garlic .In the medium heat let the flaver marry . Salt and pepper .

Add half of fresh rosemary in and cook some more untill rosemary is mixed.
Put bak the turkey and cook togerther.
Add half of red wine .

Note: I tried with wine I didn't like once ,
it was not good at all )

Let food cook some more add a little splash of water ,again stir and cook.

When mweat looks nice and tight add the rest of wine . Meat should look nice and moist .

Salt and pepper to taste .

Set aside .

Open a can of Reduced fat Grande .
Each Buisquet will be cut in half .

Seal the cut end togerther to make round disc.
Using the fingers to flat and biger .
Then use rolling pin or palm of your hand to make it even bigger and flatter.

In the middle of the dough put 1 tbsp or maybe less of turkey inside .
Gerther all cornertgerther and seal .

On the baking sheet ,lay aluminum foil and spray non-stick .
Brush with a little milk . And Bake for 20 min.or golden brown.

    O.K.
    I used italian seasoning instead of the Rosemary. The meat mixture was pretty dry. Although I did enjoy a glass of wine while I was cooking. I think I will try adding some laughing cow cheese and mushrooms next time. I served mine with marinara sauce and angel hair pasta. - 5/13/12
