Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 lb. Bacon (cut into little pieces, cooked, drained)
    3/4 cup Broccoli, (fresh, frozen or cooked)
    1 C. shredded Cheese (your choice)
    1/3 C. chopped Onion
    1 1/2 C. 2% Milk (or 1 can FF Milk)
    1 C. Bisquick
    4 large Eggs
    1/4 tsp. Pepper (black or white)

Tips

Now that we can buy gluten-free Bisquick, this is great!
I found it took about 38 minutes to bake.


Directions

Heat oven to 400 F.
Cut bacon into small pieces. cook and drain. In pie pan place bacon, broccoli in small pieces, onion and cheese.
In blender place rest of ingredients and blend. Pour into pie pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Bland, tasteless quiche. Can't even tell it's a quiche with all the Bisquick on top. All you taste is Bisquick. Won't make again. - 10/4/13

    Sorry you did not like this quiche. Can't imagine how anything with onion and bacon can be bland. If made properly, there is NO Bisquick on top as it makes a crust on the bottom.
