Ingredients

    9x13 Baking Pan
    Pam cooking spray
    4 Tilapia Fillet
    2 clovesMinced garlic
    1/4 cupTomato sauce,no salt
    2 tbsp black olives,can already chopped
    2 tbsp Basil Pesto
    2 small to medium Red potatos,3/16th of an inch thick ,sliced
    *anchovies Optional


Directions

Preheat oven 350F
Slice Ptatos and steam for 6-8 min.
Mince garlic , put a side.

Spray Pan,with cooking spray and lay Tilapia in a single layer.

Sprinkle half of garlic over the fish.

Using butter knife spread anchovies over each fish.

mix tomato sauce and olives togerther and pull over fish .

Lay potatos over fish evenly.Pepper to taste.
Srprnkle remaining garlic.

Beat lightly eggs , basil and water(3 tbsp)and pull evenly over Potato and fish .

Bake 350F for 35 min.
And Broil for 5 min. until golden brown.(time varys)
