Ingredients

*Nooodles (whole pack = 1), 1 serving (remove)
Heavy Whipping Cream, 8 fl oz (remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp (remove)
Neufchatel Cheese, 4 oz (remove)
Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 3 tsp (remove)
Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz) (remove)
Tips
Nooodles are a pasta substitue product sold at my food store, available online, and at QVC.
Directions
Cream: neufchatel cheese and butter until creamy
Add: one egg at a time to incorporate
Add: heavy cream, salt, and splenda
Blend: all of the above to create the 'custard' base
Open the bag of Nooodles, drain and rinse. Chop noodles to desired length (about 1.5 inches for this recipe).
Add: Nooodles and raisins to the liquid batter
Stir: to incorporate all ingredients
Pour: into a greased 8 X 8 baking dish
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serving Size: In 8 x 8 pan, makes 9 servings appox 2.5 inches square
