    1 lb roast
    2 bags veggies
    1tomato sauce
    1 sm. head cabbage

Directions

cook meat and cabbage till cooked
add sauce and vegetables

Makes 6 large serings
can be made in an hour I reccomend cooking two hours to best blend flavors.
