2 slices of your favorite wheat or multi grain bread.
2 TBSP your favorite Hummus
6 slices of cucumber
2 slices of fresh tomato
(Spinach optional)
Directions
2 slices of bread
spread 1 tbsp on each bread slice
slice cucumber in 6 slices and lay on top
slice with 2 slices tomato and lay on top
and then put together.
Lot's of fiber and protien!!!!!
