Ingredients

    3 handfuls of chopped kale (appx 3 cups, using bag of chopped kale from Trader Joe's)
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Combine kale, olive oil, sesame seeds and s&p to a bowl. Mix to coat kale. Spread on baking sheet. Cook for 15-20 min or until kale is brown and crispy.
