Ingredients

    6 medium oranges (peeled and sliced into rounds)
    24 black olives
    1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
    3 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 6 servings

Arrange the orange circles in an overlapping circular patter on a platter. Top with black olives, red onion, and oregano leaves. Drizzle the salad with the lemon juice and olive oil, and then sprinkle lightly with sea salt and pepper.
