Introduction

Chop the following vegetables finely: 1/2 head of green cabbage, 1/4 head of red cabbage, 4 scallions, 1 serving of chopped green olives, and 1/2 red apple (with skin), diced. Mix together in bowl. Grate 10 baby carrots, add to mixture. Add 1/4 teaspoon of fennel seeds, and 1 teaspoon of thyme, and a dash of cinnamon. Add 4 tbsps. of lemon/olive oil dressing. Can add tomatos and avocado for extra taste. Ingredients

    1/2 head of green cabbage chopped fine
    1/4 head of red cabbage chopped fine

    Mix ingredients well and leave in refridgerater for one hour or more. Can serve with or without tomatoes and/or avocado (not included in nutritional information).
