Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    green onions, 0.25 cup
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    *Chicken Broth - Low Sodium - Swanson, 1 cup
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Salt, 2 dash

Tips

keeps stiring so ingredients cook evenly, egg noodles cook very fast!this is great for a quick lunch, or a cold day!


Directions

make sure all ingrediants are chopped before starting food.
cut up chicken and place in 2cups water and chicken broth on medium heat
add garlic,salt, pepper, parsley, onion(s), carrots,celery,
15min after soup is cooking add carrots
5mins before soup is done add 1cup of egg noodles
