Ingredients

    365 Vegetable broth, low sodium
    lentils
    pearl barley
    chopped onions, celery, carrots
    chopped spinach
    chopped mushrooms
    dash black pepper
    dash garlic salt
    dill seed
    Bay leaf
    Fat Free Yogurt from Greek Market

Tips

Ladle hot soup into serving bowl over tbspn fat free greek yogurt. Mix until soup is smooth white in color & serve warm.


Directions

Pre cook barley & dry lentils in water. Barley just begins to swell, strain water & add Vegetable broth 365.
Add onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms with pepper & garlic salt. Add bay leaf & dill seeds. Add spinach, stir & let simmer 20 minutes.
