Ingredients

    1/2 lb of Ground Turkey (93/7)
    4 cups of cooked spaghetti squash
    3 cups of marinara sauce
    2 large eggs
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    2 1/2 oz turkey pepperoni
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Brown turkey meat. In medium bowl, combine marinara sauce, eggs, sea salt, oregano, and garlic powder, the mix in meat. Place spaghetti squash in 9x9" baking dish. Top with marinara and meat mixture. Stir to combine the spaghetti squash and smooth. Top with layer of pepperonis, then parmesan cheese, then mozzarella cheese, and top with remaining pepperonis. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
