Introduction

Ingredients

    2 C non fat cottage cheese
    1 14 oz jar artichoke hearts or 16 oz frozen artichokes, drained
    1 C frozen spinach, thawed and patted dry
    6 T light mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp dried dill
    1/2 tsp minced garlic

Tips

May be mixed the night before and then baked the next day. The dip may also be spooned into fresh mushroom caps. Bake mushrooms on baking sheet at 400 for 15 minutes.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place all ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth. Spread in 9 inch square glass pan. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately with bread sticks, french bread pieces, pita chips, or pretzel crisps.
