Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, .25 cup kernels
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Refried Beans, .125 cup
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 oz
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 4 tbsp
    Avocados, California (Haas), 100 grams
    Beans, black, .25 cup
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 1 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl, except avocado, sour cream and refried beans.

Form into two burger patties.

Throw on grill.

Grill until done.

Top with refried beans, sour cream, and avocado.

Makes 2.
