Ingredients

1 (4 oz) boneless pork chop, fat trimmed
1/4 cup wheat stuffing mix (plain or herb)
1 T Land O Lakes Light Salted Butter
1/8 cup Craisins Original
1/8 cup diced Apple (fresh)
1/16 cup diced Celery (fresh)
1/16 cup diced Onion (fresh)
1/16 cup chopped Mushrooms (fresh)
1/4 T Parsley (fresh)
1/4 T Cilantro (fresh)
1/2 sprig Dill Weed (fresh)
1/8 T fresh ground Sage
Directions
1.) Butterfly pork chop (cut horizontally almost through the chop, leaving about 1/4" intact)
2.) Prepare Stufifng according to package using only 1T butter. Use water instead of broth. Add apple, celery, onion and mushroom to the stuffing.
3.) Season the pork chop with fresh herbs
4.) Place stuffing inside chop and fold over
5.) Place chop in grill basket (if you don't have a grill basket, you can pin the chop together with toothpics or wrap in aluminum foil)
6.) Heat grill to 350 degrees F.
7.) Place chop on grill and close lid, sear for a few minutes (1 - 3 minutes), flip and sear the other side
8.) Turn grill down to 250 degrees F and let the chop slow cook until well done (180 degrees F internal temperature at stuffing)
9.) ENJOY!
