For the times that you have no time, using leftover pancakes are perfect. I make extra pancakes and freeze them so they'll be ready for my "rush hour." Ingredients

    1.0 pancake (4" dia) Pancakes
    0.5 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
    0.16 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Use your favorite low carbs pancake mix and make them as you usually do. Let them cool, and refrigerate. When on the go, or for a simple breakfast, add half a tbsp of peanut butter, flax seed, and a pinch of cinnamon on top and enjoy.
