Ingredients

    1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
    3.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 cup Buttermilk
    4.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    2.0 tbsp Lemon Peel
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.5 cup whole kernels Almonds, dry roasted
    1.0 serving Chobani Greek Yogurt Key Lime Blended
    0.25 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
    2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Use lemon yogurt and almond extract (not key lime and vanilla) Mix wet, mix dry, combine until just incorporated. Fill cups about 2/3 full Bake in lined muffin tin 15-20 mins @ 350 f
