Ingredients

    1/4 cup Steel Cut Irish Oats (or 1/2 cup of Quaker oats)
    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
    salt to taste
    Splenda to taste

Directions

Cook oats according to directions on canister. Once completely cooked, add pumpkin, spices, salt and Splenda. Stir well to combine. Eat right away!
