Introduction

This is made when I don't have guacamole, mustard, or mayonnaise. It's a lighter flavor but can but still tastes good! This is made when I don't have guacamole, mustard, or mayonnaise. It's a lighter flavor but can but still tastes good!

Ingredients

    4 large Hard Boiled Egg
    3 tbsp Sour Cream
    .25 tsp Onion powder
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne

Tips

Top with red pepper flakes! Adding garlic powder is a nice taste also.

Directions

Cut hard boiled eggs in half and scoop out the yolk into a bowl.

Add sour cream, onion powder, and black pepper to the yolks. Mix well until smooth.

Scoop 2 tsp of yolk mix (approximately) into each egg white half.

Sprinkle with cayenne pepper (or paprika - I use cayenne because I am allergic to paprika).

ENJOY!
