1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
4.0 cup Swanson Chicken Broth (100% Fat Free and 33% Less Sodium)
4.0 cup Swanson Vegetable Broth

Directions
Dice and combine all ingredients into a crock pot. Set to high and leave until all veggies are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add Other veggies to suit your taste. Add ground turkey or chicken sausage for a little spice or more protein. Add tofu cubes and sub more vegetable stock in place of chicken stock for vegan alternative
