Ingredients

    1 serving Eryngii (King Oyster) Mushroom 1 serving =100g (by BUSHI_SENDY)
    1 cup slices Okra
    60 gram(s) Ipiros feta, low fat (by ELMA85)
    60 gram(s) cottage cheese LINESSA (by NATAN2007)
    2 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 dash Salt
    0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE)
    .3 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    40 grams Flour, whole grain
    6 large Egg white, fresh
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 fl oz Club soda

Tips

Sprinkle with some sesame seeds


Directions

If your chicken is not cooked, cook it now. Chop. Bake (bake don't boil!) the veggies for 15 min at 180 dashing them with a tiiiny bit of salt. Blend yogurt, cheeses and soda. Whisk the egg whites. Lightly grease your pie plate. Remove your veggies and drain any excess liquids. Mix all wet ingredients. Mix 30g of the flour with your liquid mix. Use remaining to bread your veggies. Mix everything. Pour in your pan. Bake until golden (usually 40-45 min). Allow to cool and slice. Refrigerates well
