Ingredients

    One half of a chopped avocado
    One whole tomato choped
    One half of a red pepper chopped
    One half of a mango chopped
    1/4 cup corn (any kind)
    A small bunch of cilantro finely chopped
    A quarter cup of onion finely chopped
    1 tbsp Olive oil
    1 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tbsp lime juice
    salt
    pepper.

Directions

Grab a large bowl, enter corn, tomato, onion, pepper, cilantro, mango, then mix. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and cider vinegar, salt and pepper and mix again. Fold avocado in and you are ready to serve.
