Ingredients

    2 cans Green Beans (snap)
    1 can Beans, red kidney
    1 can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    1 Green Pepper, chopped
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1/2 Distilled White Vinegar (by FIBU69)
    1/2 Canola Oil
    3/4 cup sugar or Stevia in the Raw
    1 tbsp salt or to taste
    1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste

Tips

This recipe eliminates processed suger; it has mostly good fats; and nourishment and fiber without many calories.


Directions

Chop green pepper and onion. Add drained beans. Mix Canola Oil, vinegar, and Stevia, then add to the bean mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate 3 hours.
