1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cup Butternut Squash
1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
1 small Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt
Tips
Serve warm - and add a little cream or broth if you want the soup a little loose.
Directions
Chop the squash and onions in rings
Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper
