Ingredients

    1 serving ALDI'S Chicken Broth (1 can = 2 cups) (by JJONTZ)
    .25 serving Roasted Garlic 2-3 cloves or 4 grams (by DISALAN)
    .5 serving Small sweet onion (by STEPH84106)
    1 serving Mini sweet yellow peppers (1 small) (by CHYNADAHLL)
    1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 cup Butternut Squash
    1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
    1 small Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt

Tips

Serve warm - and add a little cream or broth if you want the soup a little loose.


Directions

Chop the squash and onions in rings
Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper
Roast 45 mins.
Blend with hot broth, squash, ginger and garlic with a drizzle of honey.
