    1 tsp Salt
    35 grams Sunflower Oil
    2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    4000 grams Water, tap
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice

Tips

It is better to boil the beets in separate pot and with a little salt and a tsp lemon juice. when it start boil save the red water in another pot. Repeat a couple of time. Add the beets to the soup. Add the red water when all the ingredients are cooked . This make your soup to have a nice red color.
