Ingredients

1/2 lb. Pasta (bowtie, penne, or anything bite-sized)
1 lb. Asparagus
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1/4 Lg. Onion, minced
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
5 1/2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
3 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
3 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
Directions
Cook the pasta until al dente.
Put asparagus in 4in. of boiling water cooking 3 minutes or until tender. Immediately submerge into a bowl of ice water.
Cut both peppers and asparagus into bite sized pieces. In a large bowl combine all ingredients plus salt and pepper to taste.
