Ingredients

    1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill High Fiber Cereal
    2 TBS Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
    1/8 cup raisins
    1 TBS cranberries
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp cloves
    1/2 tsp canola oil
    dash baking soda
    dash salt (opt)
    2 pkgs Sweet"n"Low
    5 oz water

    optional add-ins:
    I TBS chopped peanuts
    3-4 grated baby carrots
    (not figured in nutritional calculator)


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a microwavable bowl, cleaning down sides so you have a nice neat mound in the bottom.

Microwave on power "7" for 5 minutes, test the springiness, and usually cook for another minute on high. Cooking times will vary by microwave. I am using a small, but powerful one. You are looking for a soft muffin consistancy.

Let cool, and either eat out of the bowl, or turn out on a plate--depends how hungry I am!!!
