Ingredients

1 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement
1 stick Butter, salted
.25 cup Almond Butter
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1.75 cup King Arthur Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
.5 tsp Baking Soda
3 serving Oatmeal, Old Fashioned Oats (Quaker Oats) - 1/2 cup
1 cup, chopped Walnuts
45 small (1-1/2" dia) Figs, fresh
1 fruit (2-7/8" dia) Oranges, fresh, navels
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Tips
Chopped Dates may be used if fresh figs are not available.
Directions
Chop fresh figs to make 3 cups. Add 1/2 orange juice of squeeze juice of 1 medium navel orange and add water to make 1/2 cup liquid. Measure 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon with 1/4 cup Swerve granular sugar replacement and add all to saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. About 10 minutes.
Then, let cool.
Heat oven to 325 degrees for 13X9 inch glass baking dish. Mix Swerve brown sugar replacement, melted butter, coconut oil and almond butter until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Press 2/3 Crumbly mixture in greased baking dish. Spread with fig filling. Top with remaining crumbly mixture, press lightly. Bake until light brown for 20-25 minutes. Cut into bars. Serve warm. Makes 2 dozen bars. Refrigerate left overs.
