    1 russet potato 2 to 3 in dia about 5 in long
    2 garlic blubs
    3 tbsp non fat milk
    3 dashes of salt
    1 tbsp Promise activ take control butter


Remove the skin if you desire from the potato cut into cubes, boil until tender.
Chop garlic and put into smal pan with the olive oil. Cook on low heat about 1 minute, just until tinder.
Mash potatoes add butter garlic milk and salt.
