    4 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" Sweet Corn, Fresh
    3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
    4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    2 limes, zest and juiced
    Kosher salt/pepper to taste
