This sweet savory pork loin. Great for a nice autumn dinner. You can stick it in the crockpot in the morning and cook it all day and come home to your house smelling like heaven. Ingredients

    *Pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, cooked, broiled, 8 oz
    Cranberries, 1 cup, whole
    Oranges, 1 large (3-1/16" dia)
    Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    Water, tap, 2 cup
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
    Honey .25 cup, packed
    3 - 4 whole cloves

Directions

Put 2 cups of water into the crockpot. Then put the porkloin roast in. Next put the cranberries, orange slices and the rest of the ingrediants on top of the pork loin roast. Set cooker on low and cook for around 6 hrs. Yummy!

    This is great but I would recommend rolling the entire loin in the dry spices first. I honestly dont think it needs that much water but the oranges and cranberries were great! Maybe a few more cloves though :) - 10/18/09

    Incredible!
    I didn't have cranberries or an orange, so I substituted a chopped apple and a cup of raisins. After it was done, I sliced and served with organic brown rice. Excellent! - 12/29/09

    This looks very good but do you really only get 2 oz per serving? That doesn't sound like very much. - 9/10/09
