Ingredients

    Iceberg lettuce, 1 small head, chopped
    1 good sized ripe red tomato, diced
    1/2 large yellow onion
    1/2 bottle Italian dressing, or more to taste
    1 can Red Chili Beans, drained but NOT rinsed
    1 pkg. Mexican blend shredded cheese
    1/2 bag taco-flavored tortilla chips, crushed

Directions

Makes about 12 1/2-cup servings.

1. Spread lettuce in bottom of a shallow casserole dish. Top with diced tomato and onion.
2. Pour Italian dressing over the veg.
3. Spread a layer of chili beans over the dish, then top with shredded cheese.
4. Just before serving, top with crushed tortilla chips.
