Introduction

This tastes so good, and is a great change of pace, plus is a wonderful way of tame any bitter greens, you can replace the envides with curly endives, or any bitter green of your choice.

Ingredients

    * 1 package of powdered cheese sauce
    * Endive, 6 cup, chopped
    * Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    * Beef bouillon, 2 cubes
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp
    * Cheese, 4 slice (1 oz)
    * Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    * Garlic, 3 cloves minced
    * Onions, raw, 2 cup, finely chopped
    * Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    * Butter, salted, 3 tbsp
    * pealed wheat, 350 gram(s)

Directions

1.- Put to cook the wheat in 2 liters of water for half an hour and reserve (cook as you could cook pasta)

2.- Put the endives to cook with 1 cup of water, salt and lemon juice for 5 minutes.

3.- Put the butter and oil in a deep pan and fry the onion and garlic til golden, add the drained mote and mix for 5 minutes or so.

4.- Spice and add the endives or your bitter green of choice.

5.- Add the cheese and mix throughfully, add the milk and the powdered cheese sauce.

6.- Bring to boil and let it reduce mixing often til is creamy, adjust the spicing if you think is necessary.
