Ingredients

3/4 c. splenda
1 c, unsweetened apple juice
1 (12oz) bag fresh cranberries
2 tsp. canola oil
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. minced peeled fresh ginger
1 Golden Delicious apple, peeled and chopped
Directions
Serves 8
1. Mix the splenda (you can use sugar if you want) apple juice, and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring until the splenda or sugar dissolves. Stir in the cranberries and return to boil. cook, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries pop, 5-6 mins. Remove the pan from heat.
2Heat Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and ginger; cook until, stirring occasionally, until soften,2-3 mins. Stir in the apples and cook until crisp-tender, about 2 mins.
3. Stir the apple mixture into the cranberry mixture and let cool.. If making ahead transfer into an air tight container; cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
