    butter
    eggs
    Pamela's Baking Mix
    cinnamon
    cloves
    ginger
    canned pumpkin (15oz can)
    sugar substitute (Lankato or Stevia)

Directions

makes 10 slices (8 x 4 loaf pan) Bake 350
Beat together butter, sugar, egg, pumpkin. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 60 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean.
