Ingredients

1 Mango peeled and diced
1 9.75 oz can of Swanson White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, drained
3 tbsp mayonnaise (use lite or fat free to save on calories)
1 tsp dried garden mint
1 tsp dried cilantro
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1 cup shredded lettuce
Directions
Mix all ingredients except lettuce in a bowl. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
