Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 tbsp. corn starch mixed with 1/4 c. COLD water

    4 c. chopped broccoli
    1 tbsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    16 oz. Velveeta 2%
    8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese Fat Free
    6 c. water
    4 c. Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth

Directions

In a large pot add chopped broccoli, onion powder, black pepper, chicken broth and water. Cook until broccoli is tender. Then add cream cheese and velveeta. ****make sure that it is not boiling when you add the cheeses.*** Stir until cheeses are melted. Add the mixture of cold water and cornstarch to help with thickening.
