Ingredients

    10 oz browned ground beef rinsed off well
    6 oz boiled beef roast
    20 oz mixed veggies
    46 oz water
    46 oz no salt added tomato juice
    1/2 cup corn
    shredded potatos
    onion powder to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    cumin to taste
    rosemary to taste
    red pepper to taste
    black pepper to taste all above optional

Directions

2 cup servings
boil beef, brown ground beef, then just throw it all in a big pot and cook until you like it. Very low sodium and fat. this was a very good meal for a cold indiana winter
