Introduction

This is one of my favorite dips and its actually pretty low fat and healthy. My mom and I make it for all kinds of occasions and its always a hit!
You can also serve with salsa because they go together wonderfully.

Ingredients

One 8oz block Philidelphia Fat free Cream Cheese
20 0z of Fat free sour cream ( A little more than a container)
    One medium Green Bell Pepper
    One large Red Ripe Tomato
    One can Colassal Black Olives
A half of block of reduced fat Cheddar Cheese
    (4oz)

Directions

Mix fat free cream cheese and fat free sour cream together until completely blended. It helps to let the cream cheese sit out for an hour before prep.
You can also use a mixer which makes it much easier. Spread the mixture into a 9 x 13 pan evenly. Shred the cheddar cheese and spread over top of the mixture. Chop the pepper, tomato, and olives into very small peices. You want to make sure you chop them very small in order to scoop with a chip or celery and getting all of them in each bite. Spred the peppers, tomatoes and olives over top of the cheese evenly and whala! It is so easy, simple and yummy!
