Ingredients

    1 Med Head Lettuce
1/2 package 10oz Bag Frozen Peas, unthawed
    1 Bunch Green Onions, chopped
    4 Boiled Eggs, diced
1 Package low fat cheddar cheese
    1 Package Trukey Baken
    1/2 Cup light mayo
4 Tsp Splenda ( or to taste)

Directions

In frying pan or microwave cook turkey bacon until crispy, and drain on papertowel and pat excess grease when finshed. While cooking bacon boil eggs until yolks are well done. In a large salad bowl break lettuce into peices ( Do not cut with knife. Cutting lettuce with a knife will cause the lettuce to turn brown). Next pour frozen peas onto lettuce, you will be layering. Then layer chopped onion and their tops as well as the diced boiled eggs. In a seperate bowl mix light mayo and splenda until splenda is dissolved. This mixture will look thinner than it started out. After mixing spread mayo with splenda onto salad. Last you will top the salad with the low fat cheese and crumble the bacon as the final layer.
