Introduction

Add what ever veggies and seasonings you want. Add what ever veggies and seasonings you want.

Ingredients

    2cups rice cooked
    6tblsp parmesan grated
    3/4tsp salt
    1/2tsp herbs
    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup fontina cheese
    4 cups broccoli
    1 cup chopped onion
    3/4 egg substitute
    3/4 low-fat milk
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 bread crumbs

Directions

combine rice, parmesan, salt, herbs, egg whites, spread mixture in 11x7 baking dish. Sprinkle fontina on mixture.
Cook broccoli (steam or boil in water till slightly tender)
Saute onions
Mix broccoli and onions then spread on rice
Top with cheddar
Combine egg substitute, milk, salt, pepper, whisk spread on broccoli
sprinkle breadcrumbs on top
Bake at 400 for 23
